I can't lift weights becuase of post concussion syndrome so i am just using light resistance bands to maintain my muscle. I did my back yesterday with them and my back isn't sore. Is it ok to do the same thing today?

No dont do it just giv it a day rest so do it tomorrow you be fine

base on how hard you work on it. If you just do it lightly so, u can do it today. If you oready do intense weight yesterday so, don't do it today. BATTER to avoid doing same group muscle 2days in a row even you do it light weight becoz it need to recuperate, also you need to change the way you lift every week. Let say for bicep, you do bicep curl & hammer. Next week you do bicep curl & bicep machine or any other way of lifting, just change one. hope helps 🙂
