so im getting really bored of doing curls with my dumbbells, idk if it makes sense. that is really all i do to workout my biceps. i love working out my forearms because i actually feel my arms pumping. and it makes me want to do it more and more because i like that feeling, any other bicep workouts i could try out? i only have dumbbells and Resistance bands. thansk!

First things first: get yourself some kind of pull-up bar and do pull-ups/chin-ups. They're a hell of alot more effective for arm size than curls. Curls suck and I don't understand why anyone who isn't already an intermediate weightlifter would do them. If you have something makeshift to do inverted rows (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvkIaarnf on too that'll work wonders. Add push-ups and handstand presses to your program and you have an entire fully balanced upper body calisthenics routine. This still leaves your core and legs majorly neglected though.
