This is what I do…
Day 1
Run for about 20-25 Minutes
Dumbbell Bench
Declined 3 sets, 10 reps
Flat 3 sets, 10 reps
Inclined 3 sets, 10 reps
Triceps Extensions 3 sets, 10 reps
Finish up with Abs and Obliques
Abs with 25lb weight 3 sets, 50 reps
Obliques with 40 pound weight 3 sets, 25 reps(each side)

Work out 2
Run for 20-25 minutes
Curls, 3 sets, 10 reps
Hammer curls, 3 sets 20 reps(10 each arm)
Flat Lifts 3 sets, 10 reps(Each side)
Resistance Bands Low 3 sets, 50 reps
Med 3 sets, 25 reps
High 3 sets 10 reps
Finish up with Abs and Obliques
Abs with 25lb weight 3 sets, 50 reps
Obliques with 40 pound weight 3 sets, 25 reps(each side)

So is this a good work out?
I want to get a nice 6 pack and lose fat to make it more define. Id also want to make my muscles more define. And with a little build.
Any tips?

Its a really good workout but i would suggest to do this every other day. this way, you are giving time for the muscles to recover.
