Resistance Bands Questions

Is this a good work out routine?

This is what I do…
Day 1
Run for about 20-25 Minutes
Dumbbell Bench
Declined 3 sets, 10 reps
Flat 3 sets, 10 reps
Inclined 3 sets, 10 reps
Triceps Extensions 3 sets, 10 reps
Finish up with Abs and Obliques
Abs with 25lb weight 3 sets, 50 reps
Obliques with 40 pound weight 3 sets, 25 reps(each side)

Work out 2
Run for 20-25 minutes
Curls, 3 sets, 10 reps
Hammer curls, 3 sets 20 reps(10 each arm)
Flat Lifts 3 sets, 10 reps(Each side)
Resistance Bands Low 3 sets, 50 reps
Med 3 sets, 25 reps
High 3 sets 10 reps
Finish up with Abs and Obliques
Abs with 25lb weight 3 sets, 50 reps
Obliques with 40 pound weight 3 sets, 25 reps(each side)

So is this a good work out?
I want to get a nice 6 pack and lose fat to make it more define. Id also want to make my muscles more define. And with a little build.
Any tips?

Resistance bands every day?

I weigh 180 lbs and gotta concussion a few weeks ago and was given the o.k. to do light workouts. So, since I can't weightlift, which I did religiously before, i have decided it would be a good idea to use resistance bands to maintain my muscle and strength the best i can. I don't do very hard i just do a light workout that consists of bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, chest flyes, back rows, and butterfly rows. I do three sets of 15 reps each. This workout doesn't make me sore, so is it O.K. to do it every day?

What are good fitness DVDS for full body workout?

p90x Dumb bell question?

i know you don't NEED a set of adjustable dumb bells (you can use resistance bands), but i was wondering if you could just get a bar type of dumb bell (like this: http://photo-dictionary.com/photofiles/list/1279/1775dumbbell.jpg) and that would work just as well? The only reason i ask is because im not sure if the work outs require really quick changes of your dumb bell weight in order to follow.
Just wondering what i should buy to be prepared for next week wooooo!

I can't lift weights becuase of post concussion syndrome so i am just using light resistance bands to maintain my muscle. I did my back yesterday with them and my back isn't sore. Is it ok to do the same thing today?

I have Resistance Band , one dumbell of 20 lb . One of those bench you use for ben bress and weight to add to the bar 5lbx4 10×2 2/12 x6 i think and 25 lb x2 . Just bought them from my brother from college .

I, like many other teens, am not in the perfect shape. I have been trying to work out and this is my routine for the day: 50 "reps" with a resistance band, 100-150 sit-ups, .5-1 mile on treadmill, 150 jump-ropes, and 25-50 crunches. Good or bad for a 13 year old male? Trying to lose weight and build littlemuscle.

so im getting really bored of doing curls with my dumbbells, idk if it makes sense. that is really all i do to workout my biceps. i love working out my forearms because i actually feel my arms pumping. and it makes me want to do it more and more because i like that feeling, any other bicep workouts i could try out? i only have dumbbells and Resistance bands. thansk!
