Researchers Show Thera-Band Tubes Exercise Reduces Pain In Employees, Asserts Thera-Band Academy

<!–ACNTP

Formerly, Danish researchers claimed that 2 minutes of daily Thera-Bandreg ; tubes shoulder lateral raise exercise significantly reduced neck and shoulder agony distribution press releases over 10 weeks. As a part of their randomized controlled trial, Dr . Lars L. Anderson and his associates at the National Research Center for the Working Environment in Copenhagen wanted to know the effect of the exercise on workers with headaches.

198 office workers with lingering neck / shoulder agony were at random allotted to either a two or 12-minute a day, 5 day a week exercise program, or a control group. After ten weeks, both exercise groups had noticeably fewer headaches than the control group – with a frequency decreasing of 43%-56%. As with their previous study, two minutes was as good as twelve minutes of exercise every day. Doctor Andersen said “The elastic resistance training helps buttress the muscles around the neck and shoulder that can improve their work capacity, thus making the muscles more effective and less painful.” . Dr . Andersen and his co-workers revealed their results in a free download in the Scandinavian Journal of Work and Environmental Health.

Will I lose all my progress if I don’t exercise for 5 days?

heyyhey Asked: Will I lose all my progress if I don’t exercise for 5 days?

I'm going to Florida from Saturday to Thursday..I probably will not be able to exercise
I'm a 14 year old girl and I lift weights 3 days a week and take pilate classes 5 days a week.

I really want to maintain my weight, build muscle and maintain my fitness level..I'm afraid I will lose muscle on this trip…I can't bring dumbbells on the plane -.- I have a stretch band though..But It's nothing like weights..

Will I lose the progress that took me 2-3 years to get? I'm really strong and I have great stamina..I don't want to lose it!

What should I do, given my resources, to lose 30 pounds in 5 months?

sarbro112 Asked: What should I do, given my resources, to lose 30 pounds in 5 months?

Hi! I'm 19 years old and weigh 163 pounds. I would really like to be 133 in time for bathing suit season. I don't have any serious exercise equipment at my disposal and cannot afford a gym membership. I have a bike, Pilates videos, and 5 and 8lb weights. What kind of daily routine could I create to achieve this goal?

I just had a nutritionist make a diet for me so I'm all aware of the food aspects and that you have to burn more calories than you take in. I just don't know how to estimate how many calories I'm burning.

Someone please help make me a regimen!

Can I lose weight by doing this? EASY 10 POINTS!?

KTBUG Asked: Can I lose weight by doing this? EASY 10 POINTS!?

I want to lose about 40 lbs.

Workout scheudle-
Run 2 miles on the treadmill 7 days a week. This last about 30-35 minutes because I just started but my heart rate is in my "target" heart rate zone.
M-W-F: Lift weights. I use dumbells and free weights and I use a resistance band. I also use a leg press machine and bench press.
A few days a week I do Just Dance 3 for about 30 minutes-1 hour.

Diet.
For breakfast I will either eat weight control oatmeal with almonds in it or whole grain english muffin with 2 egg whites and a fruit

snack 1- some almonds or a piece of fruit

Lunch-I eat a healthy option at school because I want variety. Usually its either a sub, salad, wrap, etc. with a piece of fruit and some veggie

Snack 2- sometimes I will have a bag of baked chips (around 150 cal. Just so I dont feel like im on a "diet" and almonds, yogurt or string cheese)

Dinner: Whatever I decide to make. Usually its a piece of lean meat with whole grain rice or veggies.

If im hungry in the evenings I will have a handful of almonds (only 117 cal.)

Is this a good diet? Will i get results? thanks

Question About a Weight Loss Plan?

foreverlove Asked: Question About a Weight Loss Plan?

I'm 17 Female- 163 pounds I've lost about 8 lbs within the last 3 weeks with just eating healthy, I'm finally getting on that schedule. But I know that exercise needs to be a part of my daily life as well to get healthy. I don't have a gym membership because I've been saving my money for college and other expenses. A gym membership is on my to do list in the future but as of right now at home workouts will have to do.
My question for you is what exercises would be effective. At home, I have a balance ball with a resistance band as well, a jump rope and that's about it. I know that jump roping is a good cardio workout. Would these exercises help me at all? I'm a full time student right now, I'm either at school, work, or studying. And eating 5/6 small meals threw out the day with no fast food or junk food no dark meats and no soda. Any other ideas? Or suggestions will help me a lot. Thank you in advance.
