Resistance bands every day?

I weigh 180 lbs and gotta concussion a few weeks ago and was given the o.k. to do light workouts. So, since I can't weightlift, which I did religiously before, i have decided it would be a good idea to use resistance bands to maintain my muscle and strength the best i can. I don't do very hard i just do a light workout that consists of bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, chest flyes, back rows, and butterfly rows. I do three sets of 15 reps each. This workout doesn't make me sore, so is it O.K. to do it every day?
